Cooking with Tea: Late Summer’s Bounty

  When vegetables are in season I like to eat them as often as I can in as many ways as I can dream up. One year I dreamed up this soup, and of course incorporated tea. The tea should impart a subtle flavor, so infuse it at regular strength. We like to use a Japanese sencha.
