Earlier this year we here at TeaGuide fostered a mama kitty and her babies. Recently the people who adopted one of the kitties sent us this. (We’ve never done anything like this before, but couldn’t figure out any other way to help.)
“We adopted this sweet little boy just before Christmas as a gift to each other. As long as he was healthy we could manage the expenses. Last week at age four months he developed a very serious blood condition. It has been very costly to treat. We had planned to buy pet insurance but were still evaluating the policies when this hit.
